Preconstruction Planning for Lifting and Hoisting
From architect and structural drawings and in consultation with your construction team, CPTS offers the development of a practical tower crane and hoisting scheme taking into consideration the needs and constraints of the project. CPTS will discuss your delivery plans and propose solutions at each stage of the process resulting in a preferred solution to put forward to client, contractor, and supplier market.

Supplier Neutral Tower Crane Tender Documentation
Our experience in construction, plant management and the tower crane hire sector allow CPTS to formulate your tower crane enquiries in a way that does not exclude or disadvantage any supplier. Our knowledge of your tenderers model range and pricing structures allows us to draft the enquiry documents and key information in a way that yields fast responses and competitive pricing. The enquiry will meet all necessary safety and design criteria and project requirements. With the right enquiry documents you can be confident of selecting the best supplier for your project.

Tower Crane Offer Review and Verification
Our experience and principle contractor-based knowledge of simple and multi crane projects working up to 280m high offers you the opportunity for an independent review of your preferred suppliers offer. We can propose minor developments that can save time and money, even negotiating this with your supplier. We will review the scheme against current standards and good practice to ensure you are maximizing the performance and reducing the risk for your tower crane scheme.
